Bio
Todd has dedicated 25 years of public service experience working for city, county and regional organizations. Most recently, Todd worked for Placer County in California. Before that he had successful positions working in Colorado for Adams County, Jefferson County, and the City of Aurora. He has been a County Executive, County Manager, Administrative Services Director, Budget Director and Management Analyst. Todd also previously owned and operated a trophy and engraving business from 2000 to 2012. In his down time Todd enjoys spending time with his family, playing all sorts of sports such as golf, basketball and any type of recreation. He has been involved in church serving in various church board capacities throughout the years. He also volunteers as a youth sports coach and at Sunday school events.
