Massey Casper is the Housing Authority Executive Director of Madera, California. Previously, he has also worked as a Financial Analyst. He has an MBA from Johnson and Wales in Rhode Island and has certifications from the Project Management Institute, Massachusetts NAHRO, National Apartment Association, and NeighborWorks America.
Massey is passionate about servicing the community at large, being a strong advocate for the resident population and finding innovative partnerships to develop and preserve affordable housing. In his free time, Mr. Casper enjoys volunteering, coaching soccer, and watching Football.
