David B. Stocker is the Vice President of Client Services and Head of Legal Affairs for Tigunia, LLC. David was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. His father was a Public Relations director for the Arizona Education Association for 25 years and a non-fiction writer for over 50 years. His father was also very active in the civil rights movement through the ADL and ACLU. David’s mother was a volunteer for UNICEF and his younger brother is the founder and co-owner of Tigunia, LLC, an IT and software company. David graduated high school second in his class in 1978 before graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1982 with a Bachelor’s in Music Performance. He worked as a professional musician in Las Vegas before obtaining his J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1993 and was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 1993 where he owned and operated his own law firm until 2008. In his time outside of work, David enjoys mountain biking, recreational car detailing and providing voluntary legal services to his community.
