Christopher Cane is a Fire Rescue Officer located in Key Largo, Florida. He began as a Fire Explorer with Big Coppitt Volunteer Fire Department when he was 16 years old. He has a number of Professional Certifications and Training Certifications including, but not limited to: Florida State Firefighter 2003, Florida State Paramedic 2010, Fire Service Instructor Certification, Fire Officer I & II, Fire Investigator I, American Heart Association ACLS/BLS Instructor, FLUSAR Trench Rescue, FLUSAR Rope Rescue, & FLUSAR Confined Space Rescue. He was firefighter of the year in 2010 for his station as voted by the Monroe County Fire Chiefs Association and has received 6 letters of commendation. In his free time, Christopher enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, travelling and aviation. He currently holds a Private Pilot Certificate and Instrument rating.
